Roberto Battistel
Mr. Battistel was born in Venezuela, moved to the United States with his family in 2007, and currently resides in Florida.

Mr. Battistel joined I-CON Systems, Inc. in 2013 and currently serves as an Account Executive for international sales.

Attending the University of Central Florida, Mr. Battistel completed his undergraduate education obtaining a double major in Economics and Finance as well as a minor in International Business.

Prior to joining I-CON, Mr. Battistel held positions in multiple countries including Venezuela, Spain, and the United States. While in Spain, he held an internship with Juniper Networks where he worked with the Business Enablement and Scalability team on multiple multi-million dollar projects.

While working on his undergraduate degree, Mr. Battistel began his career with I-CON where he led the creation of the company’s international sales operation. Upon graduation, he assumed the position of Account Executive. Today he travels extensively throughout the globe managing a distribution network covering more than 20 countries.

Having visited all inhabited continents, Mr. Battistel enjoys learning about and interacting with different cultures. He understands several languages and fluently speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. He is also a professional member of the International Corrections and Prisons Association where he serves as a member of the Expert Group in Technology in Corrections.

Mr. Battistel is an avid soccer player and plays in the Central Florida Soccer League. He is also an accomplished marksman with the United States Practical Shooting Association and has won multiple national championships in his division.
